The Hoyle Family Portrait

This is the Hoyle family portrait at roughly a half way point, the only face that i would consider finished is Ellie's on the far right. I have found this painting very frustrating and since taking this photograph I got the turps out and erased Josh's (the lad's) face.
Any constructive criticism would be most welcome at this point.
